During the busy nights of the week, getting supper on the table can be a chore. Never fear, I have a quick 15-minute meal for you!

15 Minute Meal with Birds Eye®:
All you need are 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, your favorite chicken seasoning, and your favorite choices from the Birds Eye Flavor Full vegetables in your grocer’s freezer!
You can choose from Flavor Full Buffalo Cauliflower, Ranch Broccoli, Sour Cream and Onion Potatoes, Teriyaki Broccoli, BBQ Corn, Sweet Chili Carrots, Wasabi Peas, and Fiesta Lime Corn. There are plenty of options! Tailor your chicken seasoning to complement the flavor full side dish you choose to serve.
Each Birds Eye® bag of goodness cooks in the steam fresh bag, making meal prep super simple. No need to even vent the bag! Just pop it into the microwave and press start!
To get this meal on the table in 15 minutes, begin by choosing your favorite side dishes. Place the first one in the microwave, enter the cook time, and press start. As each one finishes its cook time, start the next one. Leave the cooked bags intact until you’re ready to serve.
For the chicken, heat your griddle or pan (my stove has a griddle burner, so I use that, if you don’t have one, you can make these in a pan, cast iron is best.)
While the griddle is heating, slice the chicken into thin strips. Pour a bit of olive oil onto chicken then sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, stirring to combine.

We are enjoying the Weber line of seasonings and choose either the Lemon Pepper, Chicago Steak Seasoning, or Cajun Seasoning.
Place the seasoned chicken strips onto the griddle. Cook until the sides turn white, then flip and cook the second side.

When done, place on a serving platter, cover, and allow to rest for 5 minutes (if you can wait that long!)

Open the vegetables and pour into serving dishes, stirring to combine the flavors. Serve with chicken.
Voila! A tasty, flavor full, quick supper on the table in 15 minutes! During the busy holiday nights for the next month, you can still get a healthy, delicious meal on the table in no time!
